Just 500 metres from the property, in the historic centre, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, the Desenzanino beach, the port, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner with a view of Lake Garda. Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire dwelling and offers two independent entrances for greater convenience. Inside, the dwelling consists of a habitable kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, utensils and everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart Tv and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or eating together. Continuing down the corridor, you access the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables, and a complete bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. Behind the kitchen, a flight of stairs leads to the splendid tavern on the lower floor, where you will find an independent laundry room and an additional dining room, perfect for dinners or aperitifs with friends and family. On the ground floor there is also an independent double bedroom and a second complete bathroom with shower box. The strong point of the villa are certainly the outdoor spaces: in the large garden surrounded by olive trees, there is a comfortable above-ground pool (400 cm long, 200 cm wide and 120 cm water depth), a dining table, sunbeds and a brick barbecue, ideal for your barbecues. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linen, and as many as 3 private parking spaces, which complete the offer of this exclusive property. The villa was renovated in February 2023 and, on this occasion, the pool was added. Moreover, to ensure a stress-free stay, we offer a dedicated Concierge service. We are indeed ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible, offering personalised welcome and continuous assistance. We do not use key boxes with codes and we will not ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting from a week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (speaking Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese) will be at your disposal to answer any questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Upon your arrival, the concierge will welcome you personally, accompany you to the apartment and will be available throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. At the time of departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and ensure that your experience has been perfect. The Concierge service is available via direct chat contact, to ensure quick and personalised assistance. Check-in for this apartment is scheduled from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, while for arrivals after 7:00 pm and until 11:30 pm, a supplement of 50 E is provided.
