Maximum 4 cars allowed! Fees apply if more than 4 cars parked by the house. $200 per car. Absolutely NO parking in front of neighbors houses! The cars will get towed if parked outside the property! The driveway is a bit steep and has steps to walk up, so if you park on the driveway or along the side of house - you will still have to walk up a few steps. It is not handicap accessible!
