First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - Two Twin Bunkbeds Loft- Twin day bed This 3 bedroom plus loft 2.5 bath tri-level condo located on the golf course in the Sunburst complex has 2045 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 8 people. On the main level of the condo is the living area with high ceilings for great light, a gas fireplace, and a 65-inch TV (streaming only). There is access to the deck with a gas grill and an outdoor table with 4 chairs. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and 4 bar stools at the countertop for extra seating. There is even a Blendtec blender & coffee grinder! The dining room off the kitchen seats 8. There is a breakfast nook off the kitchen with a table for 4 and a full-size washer/dryer in the closet. This property has NO cable service on any of the TVs, but it does have a smart TV for Netflix & other streaming services. On the lower level is the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV (streaming only), and access to a deck with outdoor chairs and a view of the golf course. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks and a 36-inch screen TV (streaming only). The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a 45-inch screen TV (streaming only). Both of these bedrooms have access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The loft has a twin day bed for relaxing and many games to choose from including a shuffleboard table. Complex Features: No pets allowed. The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest (even babies) using the pool, golf, or tennis. Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed before your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting).
