The remainder of the garage space is utilized for property management and is not useable for guests. Guest Communication & Check-In To provide a smooth, high-quality experience, guest communication and check-in details are delivered through our website, using AirBnB verified software. This link will be sent after booking and includes everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, door access details, WiFi and more. As part of this process, we also complete a standard guest verification step (similar to what you’d experience at a hotel front desk, including ID) to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property to include an optional damage waiver. All information is handled securely and used solely for your stay. Other things to note If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
