Enjoy the elegance and beauty of this open plan fully equipped modern family home. With four bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps ten guests. In the spacious and stylish living area, you will have Netflix at your fingertips with the smart flat screen TV and opulent seating to sit back, relax and recline. The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen at your service. Cook up your favourite meals in the indoor kitchen or prepare your own ‘catch of the day’ in the alfresco area. There’s a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning, giving you more time to enjoy your holiday. Set the kids up at the breakfast bar for meals or use it as your ‘wine down’ area in the evening. A LavAzza coffee machine will fix your coffee craving – just remember to BYO your favourite pods. Invite your friends and family over to enjoy meals at the large 8 seater dining table. Tea towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and condiments including spices are all provided. Immerse yourself in the undercover entertaining alfresco area where you’ll be able to cook with the built in BBQ alongside a sink and stainless steel benchtop. There’s a bar with stools and outdoor seating so you can turn on the outdoor TV or listen to your favourite tunes with the Bluetooth speaker provided. Three of the bedrooms have ocean views so you can relax in bed while taking in the serenity. The main bedroom features a king size bed with a walk-in wardrobe and a large ensuite with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 offers a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has two king single beds. Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds. A portacot is also available for your convenience to ensure your baby has a safe and comfortable sleep. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and fresh linen is provided. The secure backyard has plenty of room for the kids to play on the large grass area where you’ll find a safe trampoline. Keep an eye on them under the outdoor seating with a cantilever umbrella. For indoor activities, there’s a variety of board games to choose from. With a fully fenced and secure yard, four legged fur babies are more than welcome. No pets on the furniture and please clean up after him/her. If you’re into fishing, an outdoor fish cleaning sink is available for you to clean your catch of the day. Complete with a freezer to store your fresh catches and bait. Just a short trip down the road you’ll find local shops, the pub, cafes, markets and Pacific Estate oysters so you can enjoy freshly caught Yorke Peninsula oysters and seafood. As night falls, settle under the stars by the outdoor fit pit and connect with each other while making lasting memories. Open the box to make numbers visible. Turn the dials to the appropriate numbers. Hold the side clips and open the box. Make sure you shut the box and turn the dials to any number. Other things to note Farm land to the side and rear of the property. As there is farm land next to us, during the warmer weather please be aware of snakes.
