Enjoy its magnificent outdoor area with swimming pool and its fantastic porch with summer dining room and barbecue, where you can spend fantastic moments enjoying the sun and a good meal. Children will have fun in the playground with swings and slide. The house, with a constructed area of 270 m2 is distributed in two levels. On the main level we find the living room with exit to a nice terrace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The upper level consists of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with exit to a terrace and a bathroom. You can park your car inside the plot.   AREA INFORMATION: THE COSTA BRAVA is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more! ANTONI belongs to the municipality of Calonge, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoying great natural wealth and diversity. At its beach you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...) and in its promenade you will find an ample selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths. In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets. Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency. Bed linen and towels are not included with this villa but can be purchased.
