It consist of .. - 2 bedrooms, - bathroom with shower, - kitchen with spacious dining and living room, - large shaded terrace with a splendid view overlooking the Elafiti islands, -outside BBQ, -private parking area Guest access Along all of the apartment's appliances, amenities and the spacious furnished terrace, there is also an outside BBQ and a private parking area free to use The apartment is situated at approx. 20 minutes driving distance from Dubrovnik and approx. 3 minutes driving to the nearest beach The nearest supermarket is located in the village of Trsteno, approx. 2 kilometers from the house (in the driving direction of Dubrovnik) A local bus stop, with more or less frequent links to Dubrovnik and other places is located near the house (approx. 60 m), but.. IMO, while staying in Brsecine, for just simple moving around or for even further exploring of the area, having or hiring a car is highly recommended Other things to note The house is located near (approx. 30 m) the Adriatic road, so the noise made by the passing cars is possible, but since the inside area of the apartment is air-conditioned, when the doors and windows are closed, the noise gets negligible
