Absolutely unique for downtown is a quiet cozy place, windows are to the park and no cars running under the windows. But in 5 min by foot you will find a big shopping and pub area and 3 metro stations in the distance of 500 m each. The room can be locked with a personal key. The main feature of the apartment is the original interior design and the perfect renovation made "for oneself". Guests can feel like they are in an apartment from the last century. It is important to note that the apartment is completely quiet, as the windows face a small square, and there is almost no traffic on the street. There is plenty of free parking space in the area visible from the window. The main shopping and restaurant area (Bolshoy Prospekt PS) is a 5-minute walk away. There are 3 metro stations (Petrogradskaya, Chkalovskaya, Gorkovskaya) at a distance of 500 meters from the house each. The room is equipped with a lock. Guests have access to the kitchen (please do not fry after 10pm), microwave, oven, toaster, multicooker, washing machine with dryer (please wash and dry after 11pm), hairdryer, towels (2 pcs), TV with 80 channels in the room.
