Central old building apartment as cozy accommodation

This apartment is a dream of every renovated old building apartment. It is very bright, airy and cozy! In addition to a cozy kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, it also has a great balcony. The apartment is located at the front on the ground floor. There is an apartment on the back below it on the ground floor. It is a non-smoking apartment except for the balcony.
