The space Layout: - Dining room with seating for six - Living area with cable TV - Fully-stocked kitchen - Master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom - Second bedroom with queen bed - Third bedroom with full bed - Second full hallway bathroom - Flex/office space with a daybed and desk - Laundry room with washer/dryer - Fully fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating and grill Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, backyard, and off-street parking in the driveway. *Please note that the garage is used for owner’s storage and is off limits to guests. Other things to note QUIET HOURS The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and follow all of the posted house rules. SUPPLIES All reservations are equipped with at least one towel/washcloth per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry pods. If any supplies run out mid-stay, guests are responsible to provide any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their trip. INCLEMENT WEATHER Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation. Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended. INSECTS As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.
