A cottage feel in the big city, rich with historic charm and ample space to spread out. Our renovated family townhouse features a stocked luxury kitchen with dishwasher, pro gas range, Vitamix, etc, even a baby grand piano. Plenty of space for kids/family. SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK) MANHATTAN (WALL ST) 45 MINS AWAY BY SUBWAY To comply with NYC laws the host will be present. The listing is for two upstairs floors of our townhouse, host stays downstairs gives privacy The space Upstairs there is an organic king mattress (master bedroom) and a double (2nd bedroom) with an available crib. Both bedrooms have large windows with light-blocking shades if you want to sleep in. We have noise machines in both rooms to keep the city outside even during the day. We have super fast FiOS internet! Outside there is a beautiful deck and fenced-in patio with seating for 6. Enjoy our rose bushes and herb garden. In the front, there is a free on-street parking and a porch that faces a beautiful park with a playground, sprinkle fountain (in summer), and a basketball court. NYC law limits the number of guests to two adults plus one child under 4. Guest access Guests staying less than 30 days will have secure access to the main and second floors. The main floor can be secured from the basement by closing the door to the garden-level floor. The host will occupy the garden-level bedroom. Stays LONGER than 30 days can include the basement bedroom upon request. THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT OF NYC, PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR EXCEPTIONS.
