Complete, self contained unit with double bed, air conditioning, sofa, sofa bed, frost-free fridge, automatic washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster oven, rice cooker, microwave, ironing facilities, etc. Note: No parking space. The space Care has been taken to provide the best possible experience during your stay. Attention to detail and sensitivity to all your needs has been our goal! Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note Please note that I do not have a parking slot. This has to be arranged separately with the Building Administration. In addition, please note that the building has several rules in place and that violating them will have penalties. Note the below condominium rules: 1) Parking at the Building Two driveway is allowed for only maximum of 30 minutes. 2) Keep door closed while cooking. Use the range hood to expel the smoke from cooking. IT is not allowed to get rid cooking smoke and fumes to the corridor. 3) Hanging clothes in the balcony railing is not allowed. Use the hanging pole in the toilet to dry your clothes. 4) Keep noise to within reasonable limits. Any complaints by the neighbors will also be investigated. 5) No parties. 6) Keep noise to a minimum.
