For water enthusiasts, the public boat ramp is a mere 2 blocks away, providing easy access to endless aquatic adventures. Inside, you'll discover a haven of entertainment and comfort. Two TVs equipped with streaming services offer endless viewing options, while a convenient folding desk provides a cozy workspace for remote work or planning your next excursion. Lose yourself in a captivating read from our selection of adult books, or indulge in quality family time with our assortment of toys, books, and board games suitable for all ages. For beach lovers, our downstairs storage unit is a treasure trove of essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, pop-up tents, beach toys, and a convenient cart to transport everything you need for a day of sun and surf. We also include 2 adult bikes and helmets for your enjoyment! Conveniently located near the grocery stores and an array of restaurants and bars, our condo promises a memorable getaway filled with relaxation, adventure, and the joys of coastal living. We can't wait for you to experience it! Most places are accessible in less than a 5 minute drive. Carolina Beach accesses are about 2 miles from the condo. Linens and towels are included with this rental. This does not include beach towels so please plan accordingly. We provide a reasonable amount of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and trash bags for your stay. If additional supplies are needed, guests will be responsible for replenishing them. Please be aware that the unit above is another rental not owned or managed by us. As a result, you will experience some noise from above, particularly footsteps and movement on the stairs. Guest access - Anything in the condo except what is marked “not for rental use” - Storage room - Parking area under and around the house Other things to note Dogs may be permitted, pending host approval. Please advise of dogs attending. No other pets permitted due to owner allergies. A $200 pet fee is applied (prior to taxes and fees). The apartment on the second floor, right above ours, is also a rental (not owned or managed by us): depending on the renters, there will be some noise at different hours.
