Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space This cozy 70 square meter flat is adorned with bright colours from the stylistic floor tiles to the geometric decor. There are balconies from the living area and main bedroom, illuminating the whole flat. Walk into a simple and chic white and black kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. From the kitchen, there is a dining room with a round table and a sleek vinyl player which doubles as Bluetooth speakers. The living room next door is spacious, fitted with a large couch and rattan pouf. Both living and dining rooms benefit from natural lights flooding in from the three balconies. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The second bedroom comes with a private office with a convertible sofa bed. The bathroom comes with shower with a rain head. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. A security deposit is required for this stay. More details will be provided during the booking process via Airbnb, and the deposit will be collected by the service provider.
