Oceanfront Pools, Restaurants, On Site Stores, Hot Tubs, BBQ, Gym, Full Spa Facilities, Beach Activities on site. Each unit has a washer / dryer, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. BBQ area outdoors. Other things to note You must provide us the Legal Name (matching Valid Photo ID) for us to put on the Guest Certificate. We can NOT change the name on the Guest Certificate once we have issued it after your booking and we can NOT offer a refund/cancellation as this is through our owner's contract. Thank you for understanding. Must be 25+ Years of Age to Check-In. The USVI Government will assess a $25 per night, per villa usage fee (subject to change) to all guests. This fee is based on the villa being occupied and will be added to the guest folio at check-out, which will be paid by the guest/renter occupying the unit (i.e. this fee is not part of this rental fee).
