This is a very unique isolated space designed to create a living experience close to nature . A room that is situated in a detached block of our house up two flights using a spiral staircase that connects our roof from the back of the house. Me and my wife Kavita live in the main building and have been hosting for 2 years we are very resourceful couple and are always around to help guests. The place is super peaceful and has alot of sunlight and door that converts to a window for the sunset The space Key things to note about this space are Its on the second floor and the staircase up is pretty steep so I advise only fit people to book this place Guests have access to the roof area which is dedicated to them but guest visits and parties here are totally forbidden - there is no attached balcony with the room There is a small and steep staircase between the room and the roof it’s 7 steps only The room has a kitchenette and no kitchen you cook using an electrical stove and there is a microwave for those feeling lazy The room has automatic motor driven blinds and 32 inch smart tv with Netflix that you must log into using your own account. A hairdryer is also attached in the bathroom We use customized hotel standard bedding to ensure your comfortable when your staying with us. Guest access Guests have access to the whole room and can access the roof of the house also We advise guests not to call friends over as this place has a limit of two people as we host other people in our building and keeping the peace is very important Other things to note Its very important you introduce yourself - your vibe is important to us and please dont send us a blank request that will most likely be rejected CHARGEABLE ITEMS We dont charge extra for the AC - but we ask people to use it sparingly and and dont put it on 16 degree temperature that burns the motor Guests who stay with us have an option to rent a PlayStation 5 at 800rs per day Guests are welcome to order Zomato any time and we can get you in touch with a local chef that does tiff-ins also if needed Guests are not meant to send any mail to our address we don't hold responsibility of any sort for any of your physical mail We don't allow party's or get together at our premises there are plenty of markets near our house where you can meet or invite your friends we appreciate if you follow Airbnb no party policy strictly as we are dedicated to providing a peaceful environment for everyone Guests can access the roof above the room for smoking only We provide in house laundry service - We charge 15 Rs per Item and all laundry items will be washed using gentle wash and give the next day -we do not wash whites or take any liability for the cloths we wash. Guests can also use the house washing machine themselves if they want after 3.30 PM You can also get your cloths ironed if needed that takes an extra 50 rs per item as the process is outsourced Guest should never smoke inside the room
