Coffee/tea, fruit and a light snack to get you started is in the dining room from 9am to be enjoyed in the dining area or on the front and back porches in good weather. There are hooks in your room to hang your towels after a bath/shower. The toilets are the original 1920's toilets and require that you hold the handle until the full flush is completed. We provide discrete bags for feminine products to keep the plumbing in good order. The bathrooms have organic shampoo/conditioner and hand-wash in hygienic pump bottles to save waste. A full-sized hairdryer is supplied. During your stay Malcolm or Sandrine will welcome you and show you to your room, and then leave you to enjoy your getaway. We are always available by text/phone or airbnb message to help. Other things to note This is a historic home so expect the creaky floors you find in old wood frame homes, and sticking doors when the humidity creeps up a bit. If you prefer modern and new, this may not be the place for you although we hope you will enjoy the beautiful old features as much as we do. We have separate living quarters so that your privacy is maintained. Our small dog stays with us in our living quarters and kept out of the second floor bedrooms.
