Walking distance to Sea Point's vibey main road, with bars, restaurant's, shops, gyms and many other amenities. We are LGBTQ friendly. Other things to note Aircon is only in the bedroom. Important. South Africa as a country has an electricity shortage. This can result in periods of regular power outages. We will do our best to inform you on check in of when these may occur, but sometimes there is very little advance notice. Please note this is totally beyond our control as hosts. We will require a copy of your ID/Passport in advance to comply with building security arrangements. The gym has basic equipment only.
