Luxury apartment in Font-Romeu with terrace

We rent a very nice luxury accommodation of 45 m2 with an exceptional terrace of 45 m2 offering panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountain range. We have just refurbished this apartment with a cozy chalet-like atmosphere. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living/dining room open to the kitchen. A covered and private garage is at your disposal. It is possible, once you are settled, to leave your car in the garage and do everything on foot. The space The apartment is located on the first floor, with a private covered garage and a secure ski locker on the ground floor. The large 45 m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the Pyrenees or the sublime sunset. The apartment has an area of 45 m2: it includes an equipped kitchen (espresso machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, oven or microwave); a living/dining room (TV, Wi-Fi, books and board games); a bathroom (shower, washing machine, towel dryer, straightener and hair dryer) and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed: at the top it is 200*90 and at the bottom 140*200 as well as a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and stunning views of the Pyrenees. Duvets and pillows are available. However, bed linen is not provided. Towels are also not provided. The apartment is clean and tidy. Please take care of it and clean it when you leave the premises. If you don't want to do the cleaning, we offer the cleaning option at 35 euros. (If the cleaning is not done, 50 euros will be charged). rental is only by the week for school holiday periods. Other things to note During the school holidays we rent exclusively by the week!!
