The space The space is a private "mini-apartment" with completely automated check-in for easy late-night arrival, and a generous driveway, allowing you to escape the hustle of downtown living. We have supplied a fully furnished area to include a queen-sized bed with a brand new queen mattress, soft down comforter, sheets, matching dresser, night stand, and flat-screen LCD TV with basic cable; There is beautiful light coming in during the day; The home has amazing access to downtown and Ghent! Guest access Guests can access the apartment through the back door of the home. The guests will have their own private access with keyed entry to the apartment, which is above the garage. Guests also have access to our beautiful outdoor patio, complete with seating and a propane heat lamp. Other things to note Kristin graduated from the local University, ODU, and has lived in the area most of her life, therefore very familiar with all shopping, hidden hot spots, ways to get around and things to do!
