Close to main roads, fast food restaurants and convenient stores such as Mc Donald's, Shakey's, Jollibee, 7-11 & Alfamart. The space is ideal for those who simply want to relax. Our place is excellent for couples, family, friends, travelers and for staycations. The space Bedroom has a double deck with a pull-out bed. Fresh new pillows, bedsheets & blankets are provided to ensure cleanliness, good hygiene & quality sleep. We have a big closet for your belongings & clothes storage. Two foldable seats for extra use. Fully airconditioned (split type). Living/Dining Space has very comfortable sofa, table to utilize for both work & dining purposes , TV with TV Plus, electric fan, Limited Wifi Connection (Globe Home WiFi) of 1gb every after two nights. The Living Room has minimalistic design, which makes it spacious and neat looking. Kitchen has cupboard, rangehood, electrical hotplate stove, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric water kettle, kitchen wares, such as cooking utensils, cooking pans, plates, mugs, drinking glass, spoon, fork, knife, can openner, dish rack & chopping board. Dishwashing soap is also provided. Our unit is also equipped with smoke detector, water sprinkler, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Toilet has water heater for shower, bidet, washing machine, tissue & clean bath towels. The unit has balcony over-looking the swimming pool area. Security personnel are always available (24/7) at the ground floor of the tower. Guest access •2 Adult Swimming Pools (4ft) and 1 Kids Pool (2ft) has charge of P150/person for regular days & P300 for holidays. The swimming pools are directly downstairs from our unit. Payment is made at Cashier's Office (Admin Bldg. ground flr). Office is close during holiday season so please purchase pool coupon in advance. Note: Guaranteed maximum 2 guests can use the pool. Usage for more than 2 guests is upon approval of smdc admin. •24/7 parking is available at SMDC Tress The Strip (in front of Alfamart) at 30 pesos for the first 2 hrs & 10 pesos on the succeeding hours. PROMO: FREE use of swimming pool if guests will stay in our unit for a minimum of 15 nights! Other things to note •Guest/s MUST provide a copy of valid government ID for reservation confirmation. Additional guests MUST also submit copy of their valid ID's for security and validation purposes upon check-in. •Please observe Check In & Check Out Time. Check in time is 2pm to 5pm. (definitey not later than 6pm). Check out time is 12noon (or 10am to 12noon ). Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. •No parties allowed. Any noise that could cause severe disturbance within the condominium community are not allowed. •We don’t allow visitors to stay/sleep in my unit if not listed as registered guests. No business involving the public or unauthorized guests is permitted. •No Smoking inside the unit & on the balcony. •Please switch off all the lights, appliances & water faucet when not in use. •Always lock the door for security purposes. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the unit. •The guest/s are liable for lost and damages of appliances due to negligence. Appropriate charges will apply for any damages and missing items. •24/7 parking is available at SMDC Tress The Strip (in front of Alfamart) at 30 pesos for the first 2 hrs & 10 pesos on the succeeding hours. Please don’t park within smdc compound unless you avail paid parking coupon from admin office (tower1). •Please respect the unit. Keep it clean at all times. The garbage room is located outside the Fire Exit . Empty trash bins as you go. •Treat the unit as your own home as I treat you as my valued guest.
