Only a minute from Liberty Square, this apartment is an excellent base to start exploring the best places of Old Tbilisi! The iconic neighbourhood kept its original taste, offering typical wine bars, cafes, and museums. Walking distance from the Narikala fortress, botanical garden and Sulphur Bathes. Fully furnished, including free WiFi (unlimited internet) and cable TV. The space I believe, you will love my apartment from the moment you enter it. I put a lot of thinking, feelings, attention and effort into its refurbishment. Everything is sparkling. Most of the things are new but you can find various historic elements which I tried to preserve from the old house. These type of yards are characteristic to the 19th century Tbilisi. However, chaotic developments have transformed them into something that the history has yet to come up with a proper name. Various vintage elements still remain in place, such as an old outdoor spiral stairs (not the one leading to the apartment). To enter the apartment you should climb two floors and pass the bright porch full of flowers and greenery. The porch is shared between other guests and neighbours. Since the building is located in the historic area there is no elevator in the building. You can access the laundry room free of extra charge, where you can find the washing machine. The laundry room is connected to the apartment through the porch and is shared with other guests. The entrance to the staircase is protected with a video doorbell. In case you will forget the door code and have no phone to contact me, you can ring this doorbell and it will connect you directly to me, my sister or mother. You can use this doorbell to contact us in case of any emergency, but otherwise I prefer to correspond via Airbnb. You can park your car in front of the building on the municipal parking area in the street (it is paid). If you won't find a place, there is a paid parking area within 2 minute walk from the building. Other things to note You are welcome at my home!
