The Old Applestore is a detached three bedroom stone and thatch cottage situated on the historic Stancombe Manor estate with shared facilities including, an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, indoor and outdoor play areas, snooker room, etc. The property is situated in the heart of the South Hams countryside, an area of outstanding natural beauty, just outside the village of Sherford and a short drive to the market town of Kingsbridge and coastal towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. The space Stancombe Manor is a holiday complex with properties owned by private individuals. The properties are situated in over 20 acres of countryside and benefit from a daily caretaker. All the shared facilities including the indoor pool are open all year round. Guest access The facilities at Stancombe are available to all guests. The swimming pool is open from 7 am - 9 pm and is accessed by a door code available in the property information folder inside the property. The Applestore has it's own private terrace with seating and barbecue, fully fenced with gate, so safe for children and pets. There is also parking outside the property and an additional space in the main car park. There is a public footpath that runs through the land on the Stancombe Estate and down to the village of Sherford; a picturesque and safe walk for dogs and children.
