This home accommodates several guests. Private king suite, 3 Queens in upstairs loft with shared full bed on upstairs landing. 1 bathroom & shower, full kitchen, fridge, gas range & dishwasher. Leather couches and ROKU TV on 50” TV. Onsite parking for up to 3 cars. Centrally located close to UPTOWN, hospital, & fun things Bay City has to offer. $25/extra guest after the first. Large living room, and decent sized full kitchen. Table can accommodate 4 people at a time. When bringing large group, keep in mind there is one bathroom. Loft is grand room holding 3 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The full sized bed is located in its own non-private room, and access to the loft is through this room. King size room is private and has comfortable platform bed. House is carpeted. Please remove shoes before walking on carpet. There is motion detector/ video surveillance on the outside of the home. Property may be recorded or monitored. The use of marijuana is legal in the state of Michigan, however is a federal crime. All marijuana use is prohibited on this property. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house. A $100 fine will be charged if air purification is needed. If smoking is done outside, please dispose of cigarette butts and do not throw onto the ground. A $50 fee will be imposed if we need to pick up remnants of cigarettes from the ground. Absolutely NO ILLEGAL DOWNLOADING of copyrighted material is permitted. Only legal activities are permitted. Due to allergens, animals are not permitted in the house. All guests must be checked in through Air Bnb. Undisclosed pets will be grounds to lose deposit. Undisclosed guests are not allowed, and may be grounds to lose deposit as well. Check-in must be done before 9 o’clock, unless otherwise agreed-upon with host. Please be informed that violations of any local, county, state or federal regulations are cause for the cancellation of the reservation at any time.
