Just 10 min drive from LAX , down the 105 & 405 freeway. 10 min drive to Redondo Beach and Manhattan beach. 20 min drive from Hollywood the entertainment capital of the world and 5 min walk to SPACEX rockets and spacecraft technology in Gardena. Other things to note No noise, No alcohol, No drugs, No cigarettes, No loud music etc..Very peaceful place. I have to respect the nice environment..
