Apartment with pool, WiFi & parking near the beach

In our modern apartment you have all the comfort you need. It has also two big balconies where you can sit & relax while you have a glass of wine. The condo has a garden and a pool. Private park spot. Coffee shops and supermarkets in 3 minutes walk. The space My apartment is perfect for couples, a family or a group of friends. You can relax by the balconies, by the pool or just enjoy the huge sofa and do nothing. The private parking spot inside the building with access to the elevator to the apartment floor is very convenient. BEDROOMS: The Master Bedroom has built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. It has a Queen size bed with a very good mattress that guarantees a comfortable sleep. There is also a second bedroom with twin beds with brand new mattresses. This bedroom is also equipped with wardrobe. Note: Both bedrooms have electric shutters allowing for complete black out and share a large sunny balcony equipped with outside type furniture: a table, chairs, lounge area with three sofas, a small coffee table, and a hammock where you can lay down relax and watch the mon and the stars. BATHROOMS: There are two. One en suite bathroom and another smaller one with shower. LIVING LOUNGE: living area with a huge and comfortable sofa (it don't turns into a bed) where you can watch Tv, watch a Dvd or just chill and fall asleep in such a confort. You'll probably forget to go to your bed :) The living area also features a dining table sitting 4 people and leads to the big sunny and lovely balcony shared with the two bedrooms. KITCHEN: The kitchen leads to the another big balcony with a big table and chairs where you can have yours meals if you want. The modern kitchen offers everything you need to cook featuring: boiler, microwave, big fridge with a big freezer, oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, cutlery sets, pots, pans and all other necessary cooking utensils. Guest access All the apartment. Garden. Pool. Parking spot. Other things to note Please note that this are festival days. And we aware that everyone is exited for going to the festival and have party time.. For our apartment security we asked: Is required, like an hotel, an ID card, to take note of data of each person, at the check in. A security deposit in cash of 400€, returned all back to you at the end of the stay, with the return of the apartment keys, if the apartment is returned in good conditions. Of course if some glasses or plates are broken, we only take the price of each glass and plate (2€ each). A plastic chair (8€). For example.
