Step inside our home - a newly renovated, 100-year old synagogue, located in the heart of Frederick City's historic district. Once the home of Beth Sholom Synagogue, our place has been updated with the owner's living space on the second floor and a beautiful two-bedroom apartment in the basement. Located just one block from Market Street, you're steps away from Frederick's famous shops, eateries and attractions. The space You will love staying in our newly renovated space. You will have access to the basement apartment with attached laundry room as well as the shared (only with the owners) rooftop deck. Located in the heart of the historic district, you will be in the center of all Frederick has to offer! Guest access Enjoy the shared rooftop deck. The 30' x 15' deck includes pergola, gas fire pit, 65" TV and breathtaking views of Downtown Frederick. Other things to note **PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL $50 PET CLEANING FEE. CATS AND OTHER ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. *$50 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. Once you agree to the fee, we will change your reservation to reflect the additional charge of $50. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. *Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog *Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis. 10% of rental fees will go to our favorite Frederick charity, City Youth Matrix (https://cityyouthmatrix.com).
