This accommodation was opened in the town of Nishijin weaving, a traditional craft that has been around since Heian. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel, where you can buy foods and enjoy cooking in your room. This is a special room equipped with a bouldering wall available for children and adults to enjoy together. Area in sqm : 43.54㎡ The space RESI STAY is an accommodation facility where you can stay like you live. ※Our house is registered as a licensed hotel and has passed the strict safety tests of the City of Kyoto fire department. ・ We have a kitchen, cooking utensils and tableware. ・ There is a TV and laundry, and everything you need for daily life is in the room. ・ Towels as well as shampoos, conditioners, body soaps and toothbrushes are available. ※Towels (bath towels and face towels) are provided for the maximum number of guests. If you wish to add more towels, there is a charge (300 yen: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel). ・ There is a safety box in the room to store valuables safely. ・ As a welcome snack, we also have mineral water / coffee / tea . ・ We have prepared an original app with a chat message communication function and a map function. In addition to traffic guidance and consultations for your needs, staff living in Kyoto will provide you with recommended recommendations that you cannot find in guidebooks or magazines. ★ Baby cribs available for rent! ★ A full baby crib set is available for rent at 4,000 yen (tax included) per stay. The set includes: ・Baby crib (W1,041×D737×H950 mm) ・Comforter and futon with 100% cotton covers ・Waterproof sheet and pillow Please note: The number of sets is limited, so advance reservation is required. This service is not available for guests checking in or out on Wednesdays or Sundays. We appreciate your understanding. ★Stroller Rental Service★ We offer stroller rentals for our guests at a fee of 1,000 yen. Pick-up and return are available at the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station. As the number of strollers is limited, please contact us early if you wish to reserve one. We provide various types of strollers to suit different ages: Type A: For babies aged 1 month to 36 months (up to 15 kg). Type B: For children aged 7 months to 4 years (up to 15 kg). A deposit of 10,000 yen per stroller will be required, which must be paid by the day before check-in. After the stroller is returned and checked for damage or cleanliness, we will refund 9,000 yen, deducting the 1,000 yen rental fee. Enjoy your trip with your little one! Guest access You can use all facilities in my room. Other things to note We are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations for these reasons. The accommodation tax is generally included in the booking rate; however, if additional payment is required, we will contact you after your reservation. Please note that the tax rates will be revised for stays from March 1, 2026. Guests with reservations on or after this date who are subject to additional charges will be contacted individually. 【Shuttle Bus】 Free shuttle bus service is available only for one-way from the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station to the each accommodation facilities. Please inquire at the reception counter for details.　 If you wish to shorten your stay after making a reservation, our refund policy is as follows: If the date(s) you wish to cancel are 7 or more days from the date you contact us, a refund will be issued for the cancelled nights.
