This charming detached cottage located on the site of a 19th century Watermill is set in 4 acres of wooded grounds along a river with natural streams, ponds and waterfalls. A balcony off the living room, offers views over the beautiful gardens. Just off the amazing Wild Atlantic Way, it is well located for touring Bantry, Schull, Clonakilty and Kinsale and the breath taking beauty of the Sheepshead, Beara and Ivereagh peninsulas. The space The property is set in beautiful gardens where guests are free to walk along the river and explore the waterfalls, pools and salmon steps - where salmon are often seen jumping. The property is home to a 19th century water mill with the original water wheel still in place. Guest access Guests have full access to all of the cottage as well as 5 acres of grounds Other things to note The main accommodation is on the 1st floor to take advantage of the open views. It is not therefore wheelchair accessible.
