The space This home has an eclectic mix of art, antiques and contemporary pieces, most of which were collected from the dozens of dealers in and around Hudson. Despite the cozy footprint, high ceilings and southern sunlight from oversized, original 6-over-6 windows make the space feel open and inviting. The main floor hosts the kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer and half bath. A rear door leads to a small porch and private patio where you can sip morning coffee or dine outdoors. Guests will find the kitchen fully stocked for the serious chef. We provide sharp knives, top quality cookware and all the gadgets necessary to turn your farmer's market finds into a restaurant quality meal. Common spices, cooking oils and other basics are all provided. In-home entertainment options include ultra high speed internet (250-300 Mbs!), 4K television with AppleTV for streaming services (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Hulu, Prime video, Apple+) and multiple Sonos speakers for streaming music. On the second floor there is a full bathroom with cast iron tub/shower and ultra-soft Turkish towels from Restoration Hardware. Upstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms of equal size with queen beds and one smaller bedroom with a twin XL bed. In order to get your best sleep, all bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades, mattresses from Casper and Tuft & Needle, as well as luxury bedding by Matteo and others. Price includes 4% local lodging tax required of all registered short term rentals in Hudson. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except the basement), one off-street parking space and the rear patio.
