It is 4 blocks away from every major express train and the Long Island Rail Road: be in Manhattan in 15 minutes, or at the beach in 40! Ten minute walk from Prospect Park. Such a great location, and very safe. Apartment has a large, recently renovated open kitchen with tons of counter space, a dining table that seats four, a generous living room, a small bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen size bed. Bathroom has a brand new, spacious shower and a window — which can be a real find in New York. About 550 sqft total = 50 sq meters. It is only up one flight of stairs, plus some stairs outside leading to the front door. No laundry in the building, but there's a great laundromat half a block away that delivers to our door. High-speed wifi, flatscreen TV with Netflix and HuluPlus, two air conditioning units, and all linens provided. Fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The building is old and has some quirks, but it's a very nice space, and large for the money you'll be paying. And when I say sun-filled, I mean it: Sunlight streams in from both sides of the apartment, so it's super cheerful. Past renters have all been thrilled with their experience here!
