Nice room at a local's home

We rent a room in our apartment, which is a two-minute walk from the Hoche metro station on line 5. There's a street on one side and a garden on the other. We're on the ground floor; there's one step up to the front porch. There's a large bathtub in the bathroom, which is shared with the owners. We're in a lively, working-class neighborhood with all the necessary shops nearby. Just to the left of, you'll find the riverbanks, a pleasant spot for a drink. The space We welcome you to our eclectic apartment, decorated with vintage finds, pieces by artists and designers. It's a place that reflects our personalities, where we enjoy living and connecting with fellow travelers. We're happy to help make your stay easier with tips and recommendations. We're just 10 minutes from the Parc de la Villette, the banks of the Seine where you can soak up the sun, and the charming town center of Pré-Saint-Gervais. Guest access In addition to your private room, you have access to the kitchen, living room, and bathroom that we share with you. Please clean up after yourself in the common areas. During your stay I work during the day, but I'll be available in the evenings and mornings to guide you and advise you on your stay. I can also be reached by message during the day if you have any problems. Other things to note We have internet access, but the Wi-Fi signal can be weak. If you need to work all day, we can recommend nearby locations with better reception.
