The property is a two-story townhome. The room is cozy, with a pedestal fan and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is private and the water is fresh, as heating is not necessary thanks to the warm climate. The place also has a cool garden and a hammock to rest and enjoy the afternoons accompanied by the beautiful singing of the birds. Guest access Access to all common areas. (Kitchen, dining room, living room, garden, parking) Use of the washing machine is also allowed for a fee of $3 USD per wash with detergent included. Use of all kitchen appliances is allowed at no additional cost. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted in any of the residence areas. After 10:00 PM, noise should be kept to a minimum. Visitors must not stay after 10:00 PM and must not exceed 3 people; bio-security protocols must be complied with as required by the country's health laws.
