Welcome to the most convenient, cozy, well-stocked 4 bedroom cabin in Tahoe City! A short drive to all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer (Squaw, Alpine, Northstar, Beaches, Tahoe City), but also tucked away enough to feel private & secluded. Let us show you how it is to live in the mountains (while still enjoying a dishwasher, cable, washer/dryer & all modern amenities). **Please Note: 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax is collected & shows up on your cost breakdown as a "Community Fee" The space ***PLEASE READ - COVID-19 UPDATE: We are thrilled to be hosting guests again here in Lake Tahoe. To keep our homes as safe and healthy as possible we have had to change a few things until further notice. Our cleaning staff is being extra diligent and taking extra time with sanitizing every touchable surface, so we have changed our check-in time to 5pm and our check-out time to 10am. We will do our absolute best to still get you into the house early as is already our policy, but ask that you be extra patient with us this Summer. A lot of hospitable items that we usually leave for you are going to be missing from the homes until further notice: throw pillows, throw blankets, extra spices, condiments in the fridge, coffee, tea, toiletries, board games, and any other touchable items that we can’t sanitize between guests. We are still providing toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, kitchen towels, soaps and sanitizing supplies. We look forward to the day when we can return to offering all of the extra hospitable items that we used to offer! Thank you, in the meantime, for your patience. Once you get here and park your vehicles in either the 2 car garage or the driveway big enough to fit 2 more, you'll enter through the front door to find a spacious mudroom with bench, hooks and straight-shot access to the laundry closet (for all those wet Winter clothes or soggy beach towels in Summer). The Master bedroom and another bedroom with Queen bed are on this level, along with the hot tub which is out on the deck beyond these bedrooms. Now lets head on upstairs to the living quarters! There you'll find a big, cozy living room (see pictures!) with gas wood stove for snuggling up on snowy winter nights. The living room opens to the kitchen with every modern convenience, and dining room. The wet bar in the Living Room allows you to cook in peace while everyone helps themselves to a drink without disrupting your flow. The Kitchen and Living Rooms open to a deck with a super sweet gas grill and dining table for those perfect Tahoe nights. (note: the hot tub is on the lower deck off of the lower bedrooms on the first floor) 2 bedrooms are located on the upper level with the Living/Dining/Kitchen: one with Queen bed and another with a double bed and twin above. The Master bedroom with King and 4th bedroom with a Queen are located downstairs on the main entry level along with the HOT TUB, laundry and garage. This house has everything you need for an awesome Tahoe vacation and if there's anything we missed, we hope that you will not be shy in letting us know what it is. We look forward to hosting you! We just ask that you clean and put away the dishes you use, take out the kitchen trash that you made, place used towels in the bathtub, leave the beds unmade (but no need to strip them!) and return any furniture/games to where you found them.
