The space The apartment (160m) is on the beach with wonderful scenic views on the ocean, a picture perfect soft sandy beach for lounging and ocean swimming, and with a gorgeous pool shared between the apartments in the complex. The house is peaceful and secluded. Watersports, diving, golf, horse riding and a selection of gourmet restaurants are a short walk on the beach or drive away. It is perfect for a family holiday with kids or just on your own if you like privacy and nature. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a huge open plan lounge and kitchen opening up on the ocean. All bedrooms and lounge are air-conditioned and fully stocked with appliances, cutlery and bedrooms with luxurious bedding, towels and beach towels. The apartment is very modern, has a wow factor as you come in, furnished with designer pieces and well maintained. Guest access The Complex (Rose Des Sables) is nestled along the beach between some of the more luxurious hotels in the world. Long Beach, Constance Belle Mare Plage, Le St Geran are to the right and to the left are casuarina trees park, the LUX Belle Mare and La Residence. You can have lunch or dinner in the hotels, or use their SPA facilities but note that you need to book with the hotel first. Also, AquaVenture is some 200m away on the beach and provide boat rides, parasailing, undersea walks, etc. Dive Time Mauritius (mid way on the Public Beach next door) provides diving lessons and equipment. There are a number of good restaurants in Trou D'eau Douce Village too e.g Chez Tino, Gilda and Green Island, which are about 10 mins drive away. Other things to note Rose Des Sables is a complex of 15 apartments (usually only a few of the apartments are occupied). It benefits from a 365/24hr conciege/security.
