New updates to our home including high-speed internet / WiFi! Come enjoy the ocean views, daily sunsets and 5 min walk to the beach! Fully equipped private home. All you will need for a full retreat! The space Just an hour and a half from Santiago, and 45 minutes from Valparaiso/viña Del Mar. There are 2 QN bedrooms one with a daybed. A new back den with a double bed pull out sofa for additional guest. 7 person max. Add'l guest extra $25/night. Twin air mattress in the front closet. Fully equipped kitchen. Cozy living room with panoramic views of the ocean with an office nook attached. One full bathroom with shower & tub. Another 1/2 bath with washer/dryer. Additional 1/2 bath outside adjacent to the quincho (outdoor BBQ/bar) beneath the grape vine with views of the ocean.. There is an amazing plum tree in the back of the house that ripens in January and a table for outdoor dining. Sunset views are to be experienced daily. Wonderful sense of privacy and security. Because our home sits privately on a rock above the street there is no parking on the property. We can reserve parking with advance notice close to the house. Upon booking please let us know if you need parking. Full wifi to stay connected while enjoying the serenity of the tranquility of ocean life! Guest access Guest will either be greeted and given keys and instructions to the property or the keys will be left in the lock box at the entrance gate. The code will be provided a day before arrival. Other things to note Chile's Summer months are November thru March...perfect for celebrating the Holiday's. We have had many magical times and great memories shared with family and friends viewing the New Year fireworks from inside or on our front lawn over the Bay and Playa Grande. Winter months are June - August. Average daily temperature during the Winter is around 60 degrees g with a cool ocean breeze...ideal for quiet relaxation and a roaring fire.
