Unique, converted Grain Bin/Silo!

Turner’s Grain Silo: 25 minutes from downtown Nashville: NO SHARED SPACES! This converted grain silo is absolutely one of a kind!!! In fact, we are only 1 of only a few silos in the United States offered by AirBnB!....pretty cool!! Tucked away among the trees, you’ll be able to relax in our unique home. We are just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the city to rest your mind & body, but close enough to be able to enjoy all that our great community has to offer! The space Perfect Fall Getaway!SECLUDED! WE ARE NOT IN A NEIGHBORHOOD!!! The inside of the silo is not at all like the exterior! We offer modern conveniences with contemporary style! This labor of love took 5 months & we have put our hearts into every aspect of this silo! Spray foam insulated with central heat & air conditioning! The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, a 2-burner stove-top, microwave, toaster, full-sized fridge & an assortment of spices. Lots of snacks including breakfast items are provided. All the toiletries one could imagine are available as well as full-sized shampoo, conditioner & body wash-high quality too, not the off-brand stuff!! We hope our guests enjoy the serenity of the location & ask that respect is given to other guests on the property. Because of the uniqueness of the structure, no children under the age of 13 are allowed to stay. Other things to note We do NOT have WiFi or tv. Cellular service is great though! NO PETS ALLOWED! No dogs or cats are allowed inside for any reason due to allergies. NO EXCEPTIONS! This is NOT a hotel/motel, it is a HOME. We take great pride in offering an immaculately clean, personal & comfortable stay & anticipate that every guest will take care of what we have worked so hard to provide as good as, if not better, than their own home. No more than 2 people may occupy the silo during a stay. There is only one bed. We will, however, offer a discount for our other AirBnB rentals, Cedar Twig Cabin & Treebreeze, to accommodate additional guests if either/both are available. Confirmed guests only! Please be advised that the presence of unconfirmed guests will result in immediate cancellation by AirBnB and termination of your stay. The silo is in the woods. While we do regular pest control and take measures to ensure the property remains pest free, one or two may get inside. There will be no refunds for nature. Please keep the door shut! IF YOU USE OUR TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS TO REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Makeup remover wipes and ‘makeup’ washcloths are provided. PLEASE FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS! Finally & most importantly, we are Christians & display scripture throughout our property.
