You'll have over 110 m2 at your disposal: an air-conditioned master bedroom with a wardrobe and a large bathroom, an air-conditioned living room opening onto the terrace, a dining room with an opening onto the living room, which can also be used as an office. A second air-conditioned bedroom with indoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely terrace and large shaded percola. The space The house has a garage for two cars . A solar water heater and a 1000 l water tank will provide you with hot water all year round. Thanks to the generator you will have electricity permanently available during the hot periods of the year when power cuts are very frequent in Bamako. The red bricks, trees and flowers give a colorful and very pleasant living environment, the garden is quite shady, the bougainvilleas on the fence are a natural protection and very charming when they bloom. The big market and the craft market are 10mn by car, the American school is 7mn away. A bakery, a mini-market, a dry cleaner and a fresh vegetable store are within walking distance and on the 2 large avenues 3-5 minutes walk you will find restaurants, supermarkets etc. Guest access You will have access to the garden and swimming pool which will be for shared use if the ground floor is occupied during the same period.
