The Gate lodge Cottage at Emo Court

The Gate lodge at Emo Court is a beautiful old stone cottage at the old gates to Emo Court, it is surrounded by woodland walks. A minute walk to the centre of Emo village where there is a shop/post office/country pub/Italian restaurant and church. Free entry to Emo Court gardens and lake walk . You can take a tour ( small fee)of this historic property . CaToCa Fine food and giftware is also at Emo Court where you can enjoy there award winning tea rooms open daily 10am to 6pm and Giftshop. The space The Gate Lodge is in a great location 1 hours from Dublin City center/Dublin air port . A 10 min drive to Portlaois 20 mins drive to Kildare Village ( shopping outlet) 25 min drive to Newbridge and the Curragh race course . The sleeve bloom mountains with it hiking and cycling track and Glenbarrow water falls are just 20 mins away by car. The Gate lodge has and entrance hall which leads into a comfortable siting room followed by the bed room with a king size bed wooden shutters on windows onset shower room ( wet room) toilet and hand sink. The Kitchen is to the back of the property over looking the back garden and patio . It has retro electric hob , microwave , toaster, kettle , iron and board, crockery & cutlery , pots and pans , table for 4 , dresser , fridge freezer. The patio has table and chairs if you like to dine out side , or just chill with a glass of wine. Guest access full property check in after 2pm Check out before 11am . Other things to note In the gate loge we have power pay installed and we give credit of 15 euro per day with a 5 euro emergency credit should you require more electric then there is instructions by the panel in front hall way of how you can purchase credit and top up. Check in Between 2pm and 9pm out of these times must be pre arranged at an extra cost of €25.00 . Check out before 11am .
