Quiet room centrally located with canal access.

Located in a quiet & safe neighborhood full of canals that is about a 8 mins to Panama City Beach or Historic St. Andrews, 15-20 mins from the beautiful sand & 40-45 mins from multiple cold springs. There are plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. Downtown is about 3.5 miles. This is a great location for someone coming to town for business that doesn't want to deal with all the beach traffic and/or noise. As long as people take care of my home, I do not charge a cleaning fee, saving you more $. The space Located in St. Andrews, which is the west side of Panama City, and just to the east of Panama City Beach. You may help yourself to coffee and tea, water and ice is filtered from the refrigerator and you may use the kitchen, including dishes. There is a note near the coffee maker that lists where some items are stored (please clean up after yourself). There is a laundry room (I usually do my laundry at night). The pool table can not be heard from the bedrooms so if playing at night, please don't play the stereo/tv/Alexa too loud. Please be mindful that the room is full of glass windows and the dart board is steel tipped. We do have Uber & Lyft so if you are going to be out drinking I highly recommend not driving. Many of our bars are open until 4am. This is a shoe free home so you may want to bring slippers or socks if you aren't a barefoot fan. Ducks free-range the backyard so flip flops or easy rinse off shoes are recommended if you plan to use the docks (enter at your own risk and please keep gates shut so the ducks don't get out of the yard). I also have a pile of flip flops left from guests by the back door that you may wear in the yard. I usually check my phone in-between clients. I do have Do Not Disturb on my phone from 11pm-11am but can turn it off if I am expecting your call. I am a Massage Therapist with an office 9 mins away so I highly recommend you book a massage or spa treatment when booking your weekday stay! I will do my best to stay out of your way unless you initiate conversations or would like to be shown around the area if I am available. I do love to go out to bars, springs and hiking trails (cooler months) so just let me know, I may be available. Other things to note My property is located on fresh and salt water. Ground can be uneven especially after we went through a Cat 5 Hurrincane October 2018. Enter at your own risk, I am not responsible for injuries so be careful especially on my docks and walking in my yard towards the fresh water pond.
