This wonderful and modern 200m2 loft is located in Valencia (at about 3km from the city center), a wonderful city to enjoy a few days of tranquility and a city full of culture. The loft is very luminous and spacious, with a private swimming pool and a large terrace! With capacity for up to 7 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space The loft is a ground floor flat with private entry. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A very spacious living area with sofa, TV, dining area and open kitchen area. The living room has access to the terrace. - 3 bedrooms with one double bed each 150x200 - 1 bedroom with a 90x200 single bed - 3 bathrooms - A terrace area with outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The hot water is supplied by a 50-litre electric boiler: it is important to know because it can run out and then it is necessary to wait for the boiler to be refilled. The property has air conditioning with hot and cold air pump through a centralized system that is controlled from a thermostat. You will have access to a private swimming pool from June to September, from 09:00 to 21:00. Please be careful with the noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors. ** Every Wednesday around 14:00h the person in charge of the maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool will pass by the house. ** If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write us. The travel crib is always in the house, stored in the closet in front of the kitchen. You must bring your own sheets. Parking on the street is free and free of charge.
