Ideally for Work-from-Home. # Roof top and Entire Lawn can be used by Guests. Specially for better view of Snow-capped Mountains , basking under the Sun during winter, or enjoying beverages , snacks and food in open air or in a moon light. # Free Parking facility is available . # Bonfire facility except summer and monsoon season. # Advance notice for homely cooked vegetarian food. Since its a isolated property but the facility for home delivery for the food from nearby restaurants/food joints are available ; if required host can assist on the same. Or Guest can use there App to order from Zamato or Swiggy or Domino's easily and they deliver at your door step. # A fresh cow milk and seasoned organic vegetable as per availability is obtained from our farmland and it can be used for to cook the food for guests . # Material for Tea/Coffee preparation is available for free in kitchen for guests. Despite if guest want to order a Tea/Coffee or Cow milk kindly contact the host. # Guest can try with there own cooking skills , as kitchen in property is equipped with basic essentials and dishware . Guest can bring there own provisions or it can be arrange by host on extra nominal costs. Kindly inquire with host. # For Iron and Laundry , host can assist with the local vendor. Iron is available in property , and in case if guests want to wash there clothes they can use the host washing machine & Dryer at nominal cost. # English and Hindi Newspaper for reading is available for guests. # Taxi can be arranged for pick and drop and local sightseeing. We can plan personalized tour to unexplored places in and around Dharamsala and other parts of Himachal Pradesh. # We can also arrange a adventure sports like Trekking and Paragliding at Bir-Billing site on guest request at reasonable rate . # Place of Tourist Interest in and around Dharamsala is easily accessible .
