The apartment is on the ground floor and has just been renovated. The space looks really warm and cozy thank to its wooden floor and the new forniture. The main bedroom has a Japanese style with tatami and futon. The location is fantastic, 5/10 min walks from city center (squares, battistero and locals cafes and restaurants), but it is at the same time very close to the access road that goes to Parma fair center.
