The space old house, comfortable, bright, for 5 people: ideal for couples and 3 children. This is our main home, our place of residence, so it has personal belongings. Ground floor: kitchen: various equipment: classic appliances + coffee maker, toaster, microwave, small freezer, and washing machine living room: TV, stereo, radio Toilet provided and shared but which is outside the accommodation itself; is located in the airlock; is attached to the house and directly accessible by the house without leaving 1st floor: bedroom (1 double bed) bathroom: toilet, shower, bathtub, double sinks attic: large master bedroom + single bed the small garden in front of the house is fully available with small garden furniture, without sharing it with other people; only the back garden may be shared Due to Covid: you can come with your bed linen and towels or otherwise bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are offered as an option (symbolic price) Numerous leisure activities in POSES: fishing, golf, climbing, LERY POSES nautical base with swimming, ski lift, surfing, pedal boat, sailing, etc.), canoeing, swimming pool, horseback riding, and many hikes Guest access the whole house as well as the small garden and large garden will be accessible except the annexes and cellar (outside the house); garden furniture available (2 small round tables and folding chairs) The large garden can be shared depending on our presence on the premises but the land is very large (more than 2000 m2) and there is enough room for everyone The toilet IN THE AIRLOCK is actually outside the house but contiguous; it will be shared with the owners; guests also have the toilet in the upstairs bathroom From July 7, rental by the night; possible by the week (7 nights with 15% discount, i.e. €476) House rules: - leave the accommodation clean with dishes tidy, trash taken out, vacuumed, sheets, towels placed in a laundry basket, refrigerator cleaned, barbecue cleaned and emptied of its ashes, garden furniture folded and sheltered - be careful not to leave water stagnating around the bathtub or sinks in the bathroom (wood) - take off your shoes to go upstairs (staircase and vitrified wooden floors) - squeegee the shower after the last shower - do not take the furniture out of the house (table, chairs...) - lock the doors when going out - no additional person will be accepted, the house does not allow extra sleeping, unless you let us know (the situation will be studied on a case-by-case basis) upon departure, hand delivery of keys with exit inventory Other things to note security deposit: €500
