Casa Tulia Apartment comes to you with a generous total surface area (43m2) and comfortable pool. (8x4m). It has been build only recently (2018). It is located in Grote Berg, right between Willemstad and the finest bays and quietest beaches of Curaçao. The studio is provided with a silent air conditioning system (10 kWh a day is included). Casa Tulia Studio is not suitable for children. Pool might be shared with the max two guests who stay at Casa Tulia Apartment. The space Casa Tulia Studio is a fully independent separate guesthouse. Total indoor surface area: 26 m2. Feel free to use the private pool. Fully-equipped outdoor kitchen including a microwave and Nespresso machine. Hot water in the kitchen, shower and washbasin. 220 and 110 volt in the kitchen and at the washbasin. A hairdryer is available. Watch TV through your own smartphone or tablet using our Chromecast-device. A 17m2 private terrace. Beautiful garden with lots of palms, banana trees, tropical grapes and flowers. The official address is Kaya Changa, however most says Kaya Tronchi. Guest access Our guests are guaranteed exclusive access to the studio. Other things to note A 10 kWh/day airco-use is included, which means you can have the air conditioner run for about eight hours a day. Additional costs: € 0.35 per kWh.
