Maho 1 Bed Condo with ocean view & Free Wi-Fi

Our cozy 1 Bed 1 Bath condo has a view from the balcony of the ocean and the famous Maho Beach . Two air conditioning units (common area and bedroom) are separately controlled for everyone's comfort. There is FREE HIGH SPEED FIBER WIFI in this unit, an IN-UNIT washing machine and beachy rattan furniture. You have access to the large private pool on the complex and the front desk reception provides free towel service. This building has a generator in case of any island power outages The space Our place is located in Maho Village in the complex known as La Terrasse. There is a new 55 inch smart tv in the living room and a 2nd TV in the bedroom. Power in St Maarten on the Dutch side and our condo is 110V (North American). There is a full kitchenette including a new dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cook top ( touch top). We recently added an Air Fryer. The bathroom has a shower with a vanity and hair dryer. Check in and registration when you arrive from the airport is done at the front desk reception. Our condo is privately owned but located in a larger complex. It is considered to be a plane watchers paradise between 7am-7pm. You can also watch cruise ships from the balcony as they sail to and from Philipsburg. If you decide to rent a car, secure underground parking is located in the building. The front reception desk will issue you a pass card. The average temp in the winter months is 82F (28C) and at night it dips to 75F (25C).
