The house is great for large groups and can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at additional charge. This 2,800 square foot rest house was constructed by a well traveled couple who decided to build a unique beachfront property as a retreat from their careers when they to lived in Hong Kong and Singapore. The open floor plan home offers a western style kitchen and plenty of space for large families. If you choose to be our guests, you will enjoy a cool ocean breeze while having a drink with friends at the gazebo looking out into the South China Sea, experiencing the serenity of sunrise and sunset and an opportunity to reconnect with those you love most. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. It has an air-conditioned master ensuite with a queen sized bed and attached newly renovated bathroom with shower. The other bedrooms are air-conditioned overlooking the mountain view and sea shore while the middle bedroom has a ceiling fan and a stand fan. There is also another bathroom upstairs to be shared and was newly renovated. The outdoor space includes a gazebo, built in grill, exterior showers and a hammock for an afternoon nap. Other things to note Please note that the accommodation cost per night is for 8 guests. There is an extra charge for additional guests - discount alert! We lowered it to P300/night/person for additional guests. Newly renovated master bathroom and guest bathroom upstairs for your convenience. Guests will enjoy filtered water from a water dispenser located in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates and utensils. Guests will be provided with linens, one towel for each guests and toilet paper. The beach house will be prepared and cleaned before check in but please consider that due to the house being at the beach front, surrounded by fields with open doors and windows, it is prone to dirt and dust.
