Ranch Cabin with Privacy and Modern Amenities

We offer a quiet sanctuary, close to all the fun the western SD black hills has to offer. Our RURAL location provides breathtaking views of the black hills, wildlife, and amazing sunsets and sunrises with beautiful star filled night skies. Pictures display this whole listing. The space This rustic cottage offers a nice king bed, double futon, single bed, single hideabed and ottoman convertible to a single floor mattress. All beds have freshly laundered bedding and extra blankets are included if needed. The pictures show everything you have access to. The newly remodeled addition features your private restroom with a 4 foot shower and large vanity as well as kitchen with everything you'll need for a full meal. Coffee, tea, breakfast items, snacks and toiletries provided. Wifi is available in the entire listing and property. The washer and dryer are in the main house and may be used on request to do laundry free of charge. Just let me know if and when you would like to use them. Guest access We recently added a private patio with picnic table to the side of the guest house for private use. The shared backyard and patio includes a propane fire pit. Donations are appreciated when it is used to help refill the propane especially as gas prices increase. The barn/sheds onsite can be used to park vehicles in case of inclement weather on request. Yard games, beach towels and floaties may be borrowed/rented on request. Other things to note I have 3 miniature dachshunds that live on the place with me and are usually contained to my fenced in front yard away from the cabin. I have 2 barn cats Mr Kitty (grey) and Ms Kitty (orange) that have free run of the property and love greeting guests. They are well taken care of and spoiled. don't let them fool you they do not belong and are not allowed in the house. Sometimes, I have horses and cattle on the place with me and ask any guests respect the animals when they are present. The animals are all very friendly and love people, so if you enjoy animals this location will be a treat for you! If you have any issues with any of the animals during your stay please let me know.
