Treehouse in Cork

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL. The space (Note NO CLEANING FEE) This structure is a real tree house and is designed to move in strong winds. It has with stood hurricane Ophilia so there is nothing to worry about. The accomodation is unmatched in Ireland whereby it is situated in an urban oasis in a large,quiet garden but is high in the leafy tree tops with a panoramic view of our beautiful city. The sleeping accomodation is fully insulated to a modern spec., with heating suitable for all seasons. It has a double bed with superior quality linen. There are tea and coffee making facilities available in the room and breakfast consisting of warm croissants and preserve are delivered directly to the deck in a basket by a pulley from ground level maintaining your privacy. lce bucket is available on request(URL HIDDEN)Deck furniture with cushions and blankets are situated on the deck but may be brought indoors pending weather conditions(URL HIDDEN)On the lower level is a circular shaped wetroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. To access the wet room, one needs to walk down a spiral stairway IN THE OPEN AIR in true tree house style! Bathrobes and flip-flops are provided for your comfort. Guest access The entire space. Other things to note Ted is our over friendly family puppy who is a mix between a german shepard and a labrador he hangs out in the garden and is friendly and good natured but very lively. He can be put indoors on arrival on request if dogs are not your thing.
