BEAUTIFUL! Guest access the entire farmhouse space is exploitable by guests Other things to note This property is a "spotless area" so please respect the concept of peace and serenity .... Our biggest rule is that you respect the land, people, plants and animals on it ... and you too! Please be aware that check-in is after 3pm and checkout is until 11am. Changes to this need should be planned well in advance to coordinate with cleaners. Thank you. Otherwise, the cleaning crew will be arriving quickly at the check out time of 11. We welcome children but ask that parents watch them while in the courtyard .... it is "the real nature" with a seasonal stream, slippery rocks, etc. and we do not want anyone who was injured. Take responsibility for the safety of yourself and your children. Hours of relaxation are 9am-8pm. Noise sprayed beyond the property during quiet hours is not allowed. This is a work nursery and the farm so please know that we are working and living here. It is very private however, others are on the property. This is a great property ... We appreciate the respectful, responsible people who are cautious with our home, courtyard and pets. We also maintain a peaceful and happy environment without abuse of one another, property or animals. Please no smoke inside the house or on the veranda ... (the garden is okay) There is a large (large) friendly dog on the property ... and a few cats (no pets inside ...) No parties for guests are registered unless you have obtained written permission. Ample off street parking is provided please park in the gated property. The tenant hereby acknowledges that this rental is located next to zoned farmland as well as real nature and steep cliffs. It is recognized by all parties that it is not a typical city or suburban setting; Farm animals may be kept on neighboring properties, wild chickens and roosters roam unstable, dangerous, and slippery conditions may exist inside and outside the property and injuries may occur to anyone who is not used to rural areas and does not take personal measures to avoid these hazards. In full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved or related to all activities carried out on this property and due to any access it provides. In other words, PLEASE BE EVEN RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
